I am a licensed reseller of Incansoft software products. Much to my surprise, I discovered last week that the main Incansoft site does not allow for refunds if you purchase from their site. Their sales materials state that all purchases are final.
I looked through my sales materials and even asked Michalis “BIG Mike” Kotzakolios about it in an email. Big Mike is a great guy, in my opinion, and I was a bit surprised that he would not offer refunds. But after talking to him, I understand his position (he did mention some issues they have had). But it did give me a idea about how I might be able to help you with Incansoft purchases.
I asked Big Mike if it would be OK if I offered refunds when people purchase Incansoft software via my web sites — and he said that I could do it if I wanted to.
So effective immediately, you can [link removed] purchase Incansoft software with a 60 day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Do keep in mind that this is meant for serious professionals who don’t want to see their hard-earned money wasted because a software tool doesn’t do what they need it to do. I do ban so-called “serial refunders” and your software will not work if a refund has been issued anyway, so please don’t use this as an excuse to get free software or to just “casually” try out their software.
But I do welcome serious online entrepreneurs who want to ensure that their money isn’t wasted. My philosophy is that any purchase you make should pay for itself shortly after you purchase the item, so if you are willing to actually use the tool to see if it will work for you, then by all means purchase from my site, knowing that my refund policy is there should you need it. If all you want to do is “kick the tires” and play around, please purchase elsewhere.
Also note that I can only issue refunds for Incansoft software that is purchased via my web site. If you purchased from another reseller or from the main Incansoft site, I cannot refund your money.
