Just a short update to let you know that I’ve created an XML feed for my Incansoft software reseller site. You can subscribe to the feed at the following URL:

While you can purchase Incansoft software — software that will help you accomplish many tasks associated with marketing and managing an online business — at many sites (there are several licensed resellers), not all sites offer a 60 day refund policy. In fact, if you purchase Incansoft software at their main site, they very clearly state that they won’t issue a refund after you purchase.
I talked to Big Mike (the owner of Incansoft) about this and he told me why he does this. I understand his reasoning, but then I decided to do what he won’t: Allow honest business owners to get a refund if the software doesn’t live up to expectations.
